I really recommend this school for snowboarding lessons. We had two separate instructors and both were great. Good progress and in case the slopes are closed you get refund for the classes that did not take place - which is really nice. Next time I will also take classes with ski school smile.

The best service and staff in Jasna. I definitely recommend this rent.The ski conditions nice.They also have, repair of ski and snowboard.

Veľmi profesionálny, ústretový, a najmä ľudský prístup. Vrelo odporúčam každému, určite využijeme aj počas ďalšieho pobytu.

Chcela by som sa podakovat instruktorom v Ski School Smile v Demanova rezorte, hlavne za trpezlivost a skvely pristup, nie len vo vyucbe deti (mojich, tvrdohlavych ;) ) ale specialna vdaka Martinovi za 3 hodiny stravene na svahu so mnou, za trpezlivost, rady a hlavne za pozitivnu energiu. Ucit deti a dospelych je urcite ine, ale zvladate to vsetko perfektne. Dakujem. Jana

Ochotny obchodnik mi zarezervoval 2 varianty bicykla 2x mi volal. Sikovny servisak ma poucil vybral velkost a typ....prvy vylet z elektrobikom bol super

Sorry for writing so openly but that is the worst ski rental shop I have ever been to! And believe me, as my daughters are growing very fast, the 12 year old is 181 cm, shoes size 44, and the 11 year old is just under 180 cm and shoes size 42, every winter we rent sets for both of them at least 5 times per season in all kinds of ski rental shops across SK.Therefore, I have a strong need to inform all the future customers to reconsider the rental's services in this shop as there are some other ones in the area even much better, cheaper, and surely friendlier than this one.As we were staying directly in the Demanova Resort, once again on March 02, 2022, we decided to rent 2 sets for my two girls. One ski set, and one snowboard set. The 2 working men inside the shop were unbelievably arrogant. They angrily accused me of not knowing sizes of boots of my girls. When I told them to give us sizes 44 and 42, and they did not fit properly, after 15 minutes making us wait and serving other incoming people, they finally came to us, got angry and commented why I told them those sizes. Somehow those men do not understand that my daughters have extra big feet for such young girls, and all shoes and boots are formed and made differently. When I tried to tell them that kindly, they burst even more telling me to take a deep breath. Unbelievable.The worst happened when returning the sets. We wanted to return the sets on the 4th of March but as we all were too tired to take the sets back to the rental shop before 6pm, we decided to do it in the morning. Why not when on their web site it says that you will be charged for the day if you return the equipment before 6pm that day OR before 10 am the next day. So, according to this information we returned the sets at 8.15am in the morning. When I got the bill to pay with higher price than I had expected, he explained to me that he charged me according to the price list including that day. What!. When I showed him on my cell phone that on their web site it says that we can return it till 10am, he replied ... it is not valid and we have been told to charge for an extra day! When I told him I would contact the Slovak trade inspection, he called his owner and believe it nor.. they have just removed the clause about the possibility of returning the skis the next day. But I saved the original statement...How stupid from them.Thirdly... On the web site of the resort it says that all accommodated quests get a 10 percent discount in this rental shop. They charged me normal price displayed in the shop and online. When I asked for a discount, they told me my discount was that I took sets and not skis and boots separately. But everywhere the sets are cheaper, just like here and for everybody, whether you stay there or not.At the end, I have to say this ski rental is one band of thieves, liars, and arrogant people. It is not so much about the extra money, but how they steal money from all of you, us, and how unpleasant they are. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Velmi ochotny a mily personal, ktory kompetentne poradi pri vybere vhodnych lyzi. Vyskusal som pocas dna dvoje lyze. Bol som maximalne spokojny.

Vyborne. Boli sme velmi spokojni! V Demanovej sme mali Dominiku ktora bola velmi mila a trpezliva, potom sme mali Ninku, tiez velmi mile a sikovne dievca, Marek aj Saska s nou urobili velke pokroky. Neskor sme sa presunuli do Jasnej kde mali Igora, vyborny chlapec urobil z lyzovania detom hru a 3 rocny Marek vdaka nemu zlyzoval take kopce na ktore by som si ja netrufla ho vziat. Dcera mala aj Konrada, tiez trpezlivy a snazil sa jej vysvetlovat a ukazovat co ma robit. Deti sa na hodiny velmi tesili a trenerov si oblubili. Vdaka nim moj 3 rocny syn lyzuje ako drak a 5 rocna dcera sa opat posunula a zlepsila. Velmi im dakujem a odporucam!!

Best ski school in Jasna. Jan is a great instructor and did everything he could to find us lessons everyday of our stay despite being overbooked unlike the other skii schools in Jasná who just said sorry
